• What is your work principle?

  We did our best to make the ordering process straightforward. You need only to place your order and then get the final paper delivered to you. The ordering form is available on every page.

  Stage 1: describe the task for us and attach any necessary materials to do it right.

  Stage 2: specify additional conditions – the size, the deadline, and if you need any charts or presentation.

  Stage 3: fill in some personal info to create an account, and pay for the service.

  We make the account for you, and you get there right after making the payment. There, you can track the progress and get all updates, communicate with the writer through the messaging system, or contact the admins if needed. You can also add changes to the order, upload additional materials, and download the ready papers from the account.

  As soon as the job is complete, we transfer it to your account with the "Preview" option. Note that you preview it first to evaluate the result and download it after clicking the "Accept" button. If you feel the paper needs amendments, you should request the revision after preview – not after downloading it. Click the button to get the free revision and specify the deadline for it.

• What if you don't find the author for me after I pay?

  There is the Free Inquiry option that you get in the ordering form. It means that you place the order without paying until you get the confirmation that we do it for you.

  1. Fill the ordering form and describe the task.
  2. Submit it using the Free Inquiry option.
  3. We check the assignment from our side and clarify it with the writers' team.
  4. On getting the writer's confirmation, we reply to you. It mostly takes about 15 minutes.
  5. After that, you make the payment.

• How do you calculate the price for my order?

  The final amount to pay depends on the following factors:

  • your paper type – a Ph.D. thesis would cost more than the school essay;
  • the academic level – the "high school" is the cheapest type, and the "doctoral" has a higher price;
  • the size of work – the rates are per page, and we calculate the price for the number of pages in your paper;
  • the deadline – the urgent tasks with the shortest time frames are the most expensive. The more extended deadline you set – the cheaper it is.

• How do you define 1 page in word count?

  It depends on the spacing. With the single spacing, 1 page is equal to 550 words. With double spacing, it is 275 words. The title and bibliography pages are free of charge in any case. Pay attention to this difference when you place the order and describe the task.

• Is it legal to use your service?

  Our company belongs to the academic tutoring field. The job is to provide you with learning materials for any topic and subject. You can use the papers we compose as sources for your work – it is a legal and widely recognized practice. Also, the pieces you get from our team are your property, and you are free to decide how to use them.

• Do you provide me the safety guarantees?

  Our users' confidentiality is a priority for us. We apply strict security measures to protect all your details and all aspects of our communication:

  1. We don't collect your data more than it is necessary to provide the service.
  2. We guarantee to keep all the data in secret.
  3. We use the most advanced digital means of protection on the website.

• How fast can you do the paper at my request?

  Of course, the more time you can let us have, the better we can polish your paper. We'd prefer to have at least 24 hours to complete the job for you. However, we know that our users often need urgent services, as they only have several hours before the deadline. In this case, please specify it in the ordering form and state how much time you can allow us.

  We'll check it from our side if there is an author with the necessary expertise available. We'll respond to you within 10 minutes and explain what we can do in this case. If you accept it, place your order. The deadline starts at the moment of receiving the order with all the instructions.

  Note also that this urgent deadline covers the paper writing only. We'll pay all effort to make it perfect, but if you want revisions after the delivery, they require more time. Thus, if you plan to turn to professional writing assistance, it is better to have several days under your belt to ensure that everything will be alright.

• Who are the writers working on my paper?

  We care much about the quality of the service. The main factor is cooperation with the most skilled and experienced authors. Our candidates proved their expertise on the subject and writing skills. Most of the writers have been working with us for several years already. We guarantee their high level of performance. Also, there is a Quality Assurance team. Its members check the ready papers and make sure that they match all the academic requirements and English standards.

• Can I communicate with the writer myself?

  Yes, sure. Use the messaging system to contact the writer and the support managers directly. All messages come with notifications to your email inbox, so you won't miss them. Feel free to address the necessary person when needed.

  Please note that our policy prohibits sharing any personal details from any side. Don't mention any of your data, and don't ask the writer to disclose the identity. Our service is anonymous and confidential.

• Do you guarantee that there won't be any plagiarism?

  We don't tolerate plagiarism in our work. All writers always do the papers from scratch and cite the sources according to the rules. The Quality Assurance team provides additional scrutinizing of the ready documents. It checks them for plagiarism with the advanced online checker. You can be 100% sure of getting original papers.

• Can I get a discount?

  Yes, we have a discount system for every customer. After you place three orders, you become a member of the loyalty program and get regular discounts. A 5% discount applies to each of your next orders. After you place ten orders, you get a 10% discount for each following order, and when you place twenty orders, the discount is 15% for each order. • Do you charge for the title page and bibliography page?

  No. The title page and the references page are always free of charge.

• Will you format my paper in the right style?

  Of course. We are aware that formatting is an integral part of the job. You have to submit the paper formatted in the respective academic style. Please specify the necessary format in the ordering form when you describe the task for us. Our specialists are entirely familiar with APA, MLA, Chicago, and Harvard formatting styles. The formatting service is free of charge.

  Note that our default format is MLA, and we apply it if you don't specify the other. Please check it from your side what academic formatting style you should use for the paper, as it is crucial.

• Do you use any pre-written papers?

  No, it is strictly prohibited. All our writers must create each paper from scratch, even if there were similar past topics. We don't have any databases or "canned" fragments' libraries. In case you suspect that your paper is "second-hand," please contact the support managers immediately and describe this issue. We'll investigate it thoroughly from our side. If your suspicion becomes real, we'll refund your payment and cancel the contract with the performer.

• How does my Account Page work?

  Your account is your personal area. You place a new order as a registered user here and track the progress. Also, you manage the additional materials necessary for the job and communicate with your author and support managers.

  The user interface of the section consists of several tabs:

  • Orders – here, you can see the list of your projects, both past and current, and check each work in progress.
  • New Order – here you place a new request for the paper.
  • Profile – here, you provide some necessary personal information and edit it, including the password change.
  • Messages – here, you communicate with your writer and the support service.

• How do you deliver the ready paper?

  We notify you when the order is ready by email. If you wish, you can activate the SMS-notification too. To get your paper, log into your account, and preview the document. Read it carefully and check if it satisfies you completely. If not – request the revision at once and don't click the "Accept" button. Otherwise, the revision option is canceled. In case the paper is fine, and you accept it – press the respective button and download the document. Besides downloading from my Account page, you will get the same file into your inbox.

• What if you don't meet the deadline?

  If the writer misses the deadline, please notify Customer Support at once about it, and describe the problem. We'll examine the issue from our side and define its cause. Depending on the reason, we can offer several solutions. It could be a new deadline that both the sides should agree upon, or a full or partial refund if the deadline was missed because of a technical error or our fault. Refer to the Refund Policy section for the details, or contact the support managers to clarify any particular case.

• What if the paper does not satisfy me?

  You can request a free revision, and the writer will rework the paper according to your remarks. Note that you should request it before you click the "Accept" button, as the accepted work is not eligible for free revisions.

  Our policy implies that you have three revisions free of charge. Please provide us with detailed instructions on what we have to alter in the paper. Turn to the Revision Policy section for detailed information about the revision conditions.
